        TRICLOSAN 4/5

Triclosan - is a potent wide spectrum antibacterial and antifungal agent.

Found in antibacterial hand soap, toothpaste, etc. Instead of killing bacteria it can make it stronger and more resilient. Ever wonder why bread is free in most restaurants yet you have to pay for water? It’s because bread contains HFCS which cuts off the brains communication to leptin (a hormone critical for appetite regulation). As a result, we overeat.

The consumption of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) in the U.S. has increased 10,673 percent between 1970 and 2005.” (SOURCE: USDA Dietary Assessment of Major Trends in U.S. Food Consumption Report)

What ever you eat should be as close as possible to its original state. Fruit and vegetables. Eat less processed food. Canned goods are a no..no.
